ZIVAURA is an AI-powered fashion platform operated by ZIVAURA [ENTITY PENDING] ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data - name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and an optional phone number.
• Photos you upload for virtual try-on - a profile (face) photo and a full-body photo. These are the heart of the product and are treated as sensitive.
• Order data - items purchased, delivery addresses, and payment status. We never see or store your full card or banking details; those go directly to our payment provider.
• Usage data - products you view and try on, used to personalise recommendations.

How we use your photos

Your photos are used solely to generate try-on images of you wearing products you choose. They are processed by our AI technology partner under contract with us, are never used to train models on your identity, and are never sold. You can delete your photos from your profile at any time; deletion removes them from our systems and instructs our partner to do the same.

Who we share data with

• Our AI try-on partner - processes your photos to generate try-on images.
• Payment provider - processes payments; we share order amount and reference only.
• Delivery partners - receive your name, address, and phone number to fulfil orders.
• We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Retention

Account and photo data are kept while your account is active. Order and invoice records are retained as required by tax law. Deleted groups and chat content are purged within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
