How it works

• Go to My Orders, open the order, and request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging.
• Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Not returnable

• Items marked final sale on the product page.
• Innerwear and items sealed for hygiene, once opened.
• Items damaged by wear, washing, or alteration.

Wrong or damaged items

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zivaura.official@gmail.com - we cover the return and replace or refund in full.

Note on try-on previews

AI try-on images are previews, not guarantees of fit. A mismatch between the preview and the real garment does not by itself qualify as a defect, but the normal 7-day return window always applies.
